The staff were ready to help. Breakfast offered variety of food and was warm. Perfect location, really close to shops, however the area was very disappointing. Great value, hectic hotel.

The bed was too hard in this place.

I loved the beds, they were cozy, and how genuine the staff was. Adequate breakfast, nice service. The location was upscale, short walk to KL Sentral and shops. .

Such wonderful experience and great value for money. Particularly nice view of ocean. Branded hotel, had a really unparalleled service. WiFi was available in the rooms for gbp 5 per 24 hours. What's more, it was right by - Nu Sentral and shops...

Some people working there were a little slow.

Great value for money for Kuala Lumpur. Fairly friendly staff made my stay colorful and the location was lovely. A sandy beach, perfect view. Lots of food at continental breakfast including eggs, fruit, coffee and bacon to order.

Amazing base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Thoroughly enjoyed the views and location, they were good. Breakfast here costs MYR 62 per person.

We really enjoyed service and staff, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. Bathroom was marble-lined, with a hair dryer, terry dressing gowns and fresh towels. Very DELUXE property, near to the downtown, 5 minutes' walk. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. We ordered lunch at Latest Recipe, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue. In addition, high speed internet access worked fine, and there was private parking on-site.
